Berlin-based indie pop project Yasha 96 brings shimmering guitars, infectious hooks and raw emotion to BLOC. Led by Czech songwriter Jáchym Kovář, the band blends the nostalgic sound of 90s alternative music with post-punk energy and shoegaze atmosphere.

Tender one moment and irresistibly danceable the next, Yasha 96’s songs explore love, grief, self-doubt and acceptance. Acclaimed album FILIP earned nominations for Album of the Year and Single of the Year at the Czech Music Critics’ Apollo Awards, while recent release E/DM (Enjoying / Destroying Myself) opens another chapter in his distinctive sound.

Performing with a full band, Yasha 96 turns intimate songwriting into a rich, dynamic live experience. Expect dreamy textures, driving rhythms and songs that stay with you long after the final note.
